4x4 Expedition Safari Camper
Aberdare Africa Travel has a new acquisition and is very proud to introduce it, namely a Toyota Landcruiser HZJ 78 Tropical Edition!
This vehicle is especially built for the impracticable roads in Africa and that is why we have chosen this vehicle as an expedition camper for the more adventurous tours. For our adventurous customers who want to do something else for a change then what is available in tour brochures and drive themselves through the country or countries, it is possible rneting the totally equipped Toyota Landcruiser HZJ 78 as a 4x4 expedition camper. This means that you can experience, in your own manner, the real Africa!
Since the 19th of January 2008, our first customers started their own journey. They started their adventure from Nairobi in Kenya and drove through Tanzania, Malawi and Zambia already and with succes! They let us know that they now understand the value of a fully equiped 4x4 vehicle. The vehicle is provided with a cooker, a washbasin, a shower, enough storage for clothes and food, a high frequency radio, a satellite phone and a roof tent of Howling Moon, which can accommodate 3 persons etc. The clients are especially praising about the excellent navigation. Without this luxury they didn't have as much as confidence in this adventurous trip, as they do have now. When they got stuck in the muddy roads, they were also very happy with the strong winch which is attached on the Landcruiser.
On this very moment, our clients are enjoying a couple of days of peace at the gorgeous white beach with the clear blue sea of Mozambique. They will move on through the westside of Tanzania, where they will cross over to Uganda. After they have seen some highlights in Uganda, they will leave again towards Nairobi in Kenya. The expected arrival day is planned halfway June of this year.
This journey has been pointed out in association with us and where the nights are not only spend in the Howling Moon roof tent, but also in unique located lodges and tented camps to give a good variation between primitively and luxury during their safari.
